As Caitlin Donohue reported this week, the Trump Administration abruptly canceled dozens of grants from the National Endowment for the Arts, leaving local arts organizations reeling. At this past weekend’s reopening celebration for the Chinese Culture Center’s Ross Alley store, however, local leaders spoke out about protecting their communities and standing strong.
