Live Shots: Lamb of God took the Masonic ‘Into Oblivion’

Virginia heavy metal legends' full-throttle show transformed venue onto vortex of cathartic aggression.

The show on April 3 satisfied its ravenous fans while drawing new acolytes to the fold. Standards like “Walk With Me in Hell” and “Blood Junkie” sounded terrific in the maelstrom, and did new Into Oblivion album tracks, welcomed with head-banging waves and a roiling pit.
