Watch: 2 Palestinian activists detained at SFO after Trump signs travel ban

A humanitarian mission to speak at local synagogues and churches is derailed by "Muslim ban 2.0"

-

Two Palestinian activists were detained at SFO after Customs and Border Protection suddenly revoked their visas with no explanation. They had arrived for a humanitarian tour in the Bay Area, invited by local churches and synagogues to speak, thank supporters, and raise funds for their village in Masafer Yatta. Now they face deportation.

Their detention comes just days after Trump announced a new travel ban targeting several countries in the Middle East, Africa, and other regions—similar to his “Muslim ban” from 2017.

Supporters have been rallying at SFO, demanding their release.
